Staff Management: The system provides role-based access control with customizable user permissions, shift tracking for workforce management, and performance reports to evaluate employee productivity.

Refund Policy (POS System)
Only the installation and training fee of R1,500 is refundable.
All other costs are non-refundable because, during installation, we upgrade the hosting environment to a higher package and activate a wildcard SSL setup to accommodate the subdomain created under our main domain.
This upgraded hosting package is committed for 12 months and cannot be cancelled before the end of the term.
However, the package will not be renewed after the current 12-month period unless the client continues with the service.
