WCAG 2.2 AA, and the gaps

The short version: this site aims to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We're substantially conformant, with three known gaps listed below and dates against each.

Our commitment

Accessibility is part of the build, not a retrofit. Every page is keyboard operable, respects prefers-reduced-motion, uses visible focus indicators at 3:1 contrast, and carries text alternatives for meaningful imagery. Decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technology rather than described.

Conformance status

This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means most of the content meets the standard, but some parts do not — listed honestly below rather than buried.

Known issues

  • Client dashboard exports (1.4.3, contrast). Two chart series in the PDF export fall below 4.5:1 against the plot background. Fix scheduled for June 2026; the on-screen dashboard is compliant today.
  • Legacy case study PDFs (1.3.1, structure). Nine documents published before 2023 lack tagged headings. We're replacing them with HTML case studies rather than re-tagging; three remain.
  • Third-party video captions (1.2.2). Two client-supplied testimonial videos have auto-generated captions we haven't yet corrected. Human-checked captions land with the next content refresh.

How we test

  • Automated axe-core checks in the build pipeline, blocking on any critical issue.
  • Manual keyboard-only walkthrough of every template before release.
  • NVDA on Windows and VoiceOver on macOS/iOS for each new page pattern.
  • An annual audit by an external specialist — last completed February 2026.
